The First Word from Peter Deitza

Hi, my name is Peter Deitza.

I started this blog to talk about my favorite subject. I am speaking of course about horror literature. From short stories to novels I am an enthusiast of the creepy crawly things that either go bump in the night or loom at the outer reaches of your worst nightmares.

I have read a wide array of horror work from Stephen King, to Ramsey Campbell.

So what is "The Word"?

Well, the word is going to be a place to promote horror fiction that I have read and enjoyed. I also hope it will become a place to promote some of the obscure stuff. You know, the little litary masterpieces written by the yet unknown giants of tomorrow.

What I intend to do is toss out a book review every now and again. Or point you on to a short story from an unknown. My mission is to share my love of the horror genre. I hope you'll join me as the adventure begins.
